This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by 0kada ("we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal information collected through the 0kada website (https://0kada.vip), the 0kada mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). It is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
1 Scope & Data Controller
This Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, or stored in connection with your use of the 0kada Platform, regardless of whether you are a registered player, a visitor who has not yet created an account, or a former account holder.
The data controller responsible for personal data processed through the 0kada Platform is the operating entity behind 0kada, which processes data within the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All data processing activities are overseen by a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) whose contact details are provided in Section 13.
2 Data We Collect
0kada collects the following categories of personal data:
2.1 Registration & Identity Data
- Full legal name, date of birth, nationality;
- Residential address (including province, city, and barangay for Philippine-based players);
- Email address and Philippine mobile number;
- Username and encrypted password;
- Government-issued identification documents submitted during KYC verification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID).
2.2 Financial Data
- GCash account number or Maya wallet identifier associated with your account;
- Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine bank) where provided for bank transfer transactions;
- Transaction records, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method references.
2.3 Gaming & Platform Activity Data
- Game session logs, wagering history, bet amounts, and outcomes;
- Responsible gaming tool configurations (deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion status);
- Customer support communications, including chat transcripts and email correspondence.
2.4 Technical & Device Data
- IP address and approximate geolocation;
- Device type, operating system, and browser information;
- Cookie identifiers and session tokens (see Section 6);
- Login timestamps and access logs.
We do not collect: sensitive personal information such as health data, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data beyond what is contained in government-issued ID documents submitted for KYC. We do not store full payment card numbers.
3 How We Use Your Data
0kada processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Account management: Creating, maintaining, verifying, and securing your 0kada account;
- Transaction processing: Processing GCash, Maya, and bank deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱);
- Regulatory compliance: Meeting PAGCOR reporting obligations, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and KYC verification requirements;
- Fraud prevention: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, and bonus abuse;
- Responsible gaming: Monitoring wagering patterns to identify potential problem gambling behavior and applying player-requested self-exclusion and limit tools;
- Customer support: Responding to inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing platform assistance;
- Platform improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the 0kada gaming experience;
- Marketing communications: Sending promotional emails or SMS messages about 0kada bonuses and new games, where you have provided consent and have not opted out.
4 Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 0kada processes personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and 0kada (account operation, payment processing, game provision);
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR requirements, AML obligations, and tax reporting;
- Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and platform analytics, where those interests are not overridden by your data rights;
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where your explicit consent has been obtained and can be withdrawn at any time.
5 Sharing Your Data
0kada does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes:
- Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BancNet, and other Philippine payment infrastructure providers, solely to process deposits and withdrawals;
- Game content providers: Licensed third-party game studios (e.g., live dealer platform operators) who require session-level data to deliver gameplay. These partners are bound by data processing agreements that restrict use to service delivery only;
- Identity verification services: Third-party KYC verification providers used to validate government-issued identification documents;
- Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies as required by law;
- Professional advisors: Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
All third-party service providers who receive personal data from 0kada are required to process that data only in accordance with our instructions and to implement appropriate security measures. 0kada does not transfer personal data to recipients in jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.
6 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The 0kada Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, maintain your logged-in session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. The categories of cookies used are:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication tokens and security cookies. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality;
- Functional cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings and responsible gaming configurations;
- Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized data about how players use the Platform to help us improve the user experience. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings;
- Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotions. These are only set with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your 0kada account.
7 Data Security
0kada implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data we process, including:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit;
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest (passwords stored as salted hashes; never in plaintext);
- Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts and mandatory MFA for internal staff accessing production systems;
- Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to personnel with a documented need;
- Regular security vulnerability assessments and penetration testing;
- Incident response procedures that comply with the NPC's 72-hour personal data breach notification requirement.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your 0kada login credentials confidential. 0kada will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact

8 Data Retention
0kada retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to longer retention where required by law:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship plus five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements;
- KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, per AMLC rules;
- Transaction records: Retained for five (5) years for AML compliance and potential dispute resolution;
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the final communication;
- Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn plus one (1) year for compliance purposes;
- Technical logs: Retained for ninety (90) days under standard operation, extended where required for security investigations.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized so it can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual.
9 Your Rights Under RA 10173
As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 0kada:
- Right to be informed: The right to know that your personal data is being collected and how it will be used — fulfilled by this Policy;
- Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data 0kada holds about you;
- Right to rectification: The right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
- Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where processing is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Right to object: The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including processing for direct marketing;
- Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller;
- Right to lodge a complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at www.privacy.gov.ph if you believe your data rights have been violated.

10 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction
21+ Only: The 0kada Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations. 0kada does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If 0kada becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. If you believe that a person under 21 has registered a 0kada account, please contact [email protected].
11 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of 0kada's third-party service providers — including certain game content providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines. In such cases, 0kada ensures that adequate safeguards are in place, including:
- Data processing agreements requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those under RA 10173;
- Contractual clauses prohibiting the use of transferred data for any purpose other than the contracted service;
- Transfer only to recipients in jurisdictions recognized as providing adequate data protection, or with specific contractual safeguards where they do not.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
0kada reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the 0kada Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
